How do I return an item?

Return Policy Original sales receipt must accompany returns. We accept returns or exchanges within 10 calendar days after delivery of the product. Store credit will be issued for returned items that are not being exchanged and that are not damaged and in brand new condition. At our sole discretion after 10 calendar days, we will offer an exchange or store credit only.
Items must be in "new, unaltered and unused condition".

Definition of new, unaltered and unused condition is:
100% Pet Hair Free
• without showing signs of wear or damage in any way
• within 10 calendar days of the delivery date
• must not be a special order or a custom order
• unless noted that it cannot be returned or has a different return policy time period other than that 10 days noted in that item's particular item description.

Restocking fee of 15% may be charged which is up to our discretion.

Store credit will be issued for returned items that are not being exchanged and are not damaged and in brand new condition.
Again you MUST contact us within 10 days if you intend to return ANY item back to our store.

Sorry we cannot accept returns/exchanges on custom made items/custom dog clothing of any kind, Personalized Items, Pet Shoes/Boots, Swimsuits or Undergarments of any kind, liquids, special order items, pet houses, petcool units, pet beds or furniture.

Holiday items are not returnable after the holiday date.

Items returned to us AFTER 10 days and WITHOUT contacting us,
will not be given store credit and returned at the customers expense.

Customer is responsible for all shipping costs.
