Sorry we cannot accept returns / exchanges
on custom made items / custom dog clothing
of any kind, Pet Shoes / Boots, Swimsuits or
Undergarments of any kind, liquids, pet
memorial products, special order items, pet
houses, petcool units, pet beds or furniture
unless otherwise specified in the item
description. If the product you purchase
comes with warranty, please contact us for
information.
All store credits will expire one year from
the issue date. Please keep in mind that we
do not refund shipping charges. Our
apologies, but we do not accept COD returns.
All refund requests will be assessed a 20%
restocking fee.

IT MUST BE
COMPLETELY FREE OF ANY PET HAIR. If it is
otherwise we will not process the exchange.

re-salable, we can ship them back to you at
your cost.
